Pre-production Inspection (PPI)

Why & How

PPI Pre-production Inspections are negotiations between you and the supplier where we can help the supplier understand your product requirements and order specifications and you can see the nuts and bolts of your supplier’s business.

To get this information we check to make sure the vendor’s workforce raw material and component suppliers, manufacturing line and equipment are ready to produce your order before any contract is signed.

You get all information from the PPI in a comprehensive report completed within one day of inspection. This will include a production sample which can be used as a yardstick to compare any subsequent work.

This eliminates any chance of delay in starting production while also alerting you to any unexpected quality issues or manufacture delays.

This inspection will be completed after you have placed an order but before production takes place. PPI reports and production samples can sometimes even be produced before a deposit has been paid, although this needs to be negotiated between you and your supplier.
