Earlier Production Inspection (EPI)

Why & How

EPI (Earlier Production Inspection) Early production inspections are useful because they let you see how manufacturing is going early into the order when changes can be made with low capital costs or delays.

These let you get an in-depth look at any half-completed items, the raw material, components and any intellectual property marks required as well as the factory’s quality control procedure and product manuals as well as the finished product.

Changes can be requested at this point and you are able to timely adjust or even stop production in some cases.

We complete an EPI once the first 0-20% of the order has been completed.
